Using Roamovie
These terms cover the Roamovie website and use of the app when available. Roamovie is currently in development. Availability, features and supported devices may change before release. No paid service or subscription is offered on this website.
Your content remains yours
You retain your rights in the photos, videos and music you provide. You must have permission to use and share them, including permissions involving other people and any copyrighted material. Roamovie does not claim ownership of your sources or finished movies.
Music and third-party services
Automatic music is chosen from a curated archive with track-level rights records included in the app. Review music credits and rights notices in the app. You are responsible for permissions for music you add yourself and for the rules of platforms you share to. External providers operate under their own terms. Public-domain status or platform copyright checks may vary by jurisdiction and provider; no blanket guarantee of worldwide clearance or platform acceptance is made.
Responsible use
Do not use the app or website for unlawful activity or to infringe privacy, intellectual property or other rights. Do not attack the website or distribute malicious content through support channels.
Output and practical limits
Automatic selection may omit moments. Review a result before sharing. Performance depends on sources, available storage, device capabilities and operating-system restrictions. Keep the app open during long work, especially final export. Save important results outside the app before deleting projects, and keep original-media backups.
Changes and your rights
We may update these terms and will show the revised date here. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that mandatory applicable law gives you. Questions about the service or these terms: [email protected].
Planned purchase policy
A one-time Pro Lifetime purchase with no subscription is being prepared. Purchase and official code redemption become available after the store product is approved and configured.
Lifetime purchase scope
Roamovie Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge or expiration date on the entitlement itself. It unlocks the Pro features described at purchase. Supported output depends on sources and devices; purchasing does not remove operating-system restrictions. It does not include separate apps or separately priced future services.
Store account and restoration
The entitlement is associated with the Apple or Google account used to purchase or redeem an official code. Restore purchases on supported devices using the same store account. Automatic transfer between Apple and Google is not provided. Family sharing is not included unless expressly offered. Restoration and redownload depend on the store's availability and policies.
Service availability and discontinuation
The lifetime entitlement is usable while the app service is provided; availability on every device and operating system forever is not guaranteed. Business circumstances or platform policy changes may lead to discontinuation of redownloads, updates, support, or external downloads. Removal from a store alone does not automatically expire valid entitlements in already-installed apps. For planned discontinuation, we will provide advance notice and guidance for saving results where reasonably possible. This clause does not limit consumer rights, refunds, compensation or other remedies under applicable law or store policies.
Refunds and offer codes
Refunds follow the purchasing store's process and applicable law. For Apple purchases, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google purchases, use Google Play refund support or contact our support email. Eligibility and timing vary by country and purchase circumstances; we do not impose a universal no-refund rule or deadline. A refunded or canceled transaction may revoke future Pro access, but source files and completed movies are not deleted. Official free offer codes have redemption limits, expiry dates and eligibility conditions; a freely granted entitlement has no purchase payment.
Free and Pro output
Free output includes a small Roamovie watermark from the first movie and supports up to 1080p at 30 fps, subject to sources and devices. There is no free movie count limit, waiting period, or initial five-movie trial. Pro Lifetime removes the watermark and free output limits.

사용자 콘텐츠의 권리

음악과 외부 서비스
자동 음악은 곡별 권리 근거를 관리하는 선별 아카이브에서 선택합니다. 앱의 음악 출처·권리 고지를 확인하세요. 직접 추가한 음악의 권한과 공유 플랫폼의 규칙은 사용자가 확인해야 합니다. 외부 서비스에는 해당 제공자의 약관이 적용됩니다. 퍼블릭 도메인의 인정 범위나 플랫폼의 저작권 판정은 국가·서비스별로 다를 수 있으므로 모든 국가의 권리 허용이나 플랫폼 통과를 일괄 보장하지 않습니다.
올바른 이용
불법 행위나 타인의 개인정보·저작권 등 권리를 침해하는 데 사용하지 마세요. 사이트를 공격하거나 지원 채널로 악성 콘텐츠를 전달하지 마세요.
결과와 작업 환경
자동 선택은 일부 순간을 제외할 수 있습니다. 공유하기 전에 결과를 확인하세요. 작업 속도와 완료 여부는 원본·저장 공간·기기 성능·운영체제의 제한에 영향을 받습니다. 긴 작업과 특히 마지막 출력 중에는 앱을 열어두세요. 프로젝트 삭제 전 필요한 결과를 외부에 저장하고 원본은 별도로 보관하세요.
변경과 사용자 권리
약관을 변경하면 이 페이지의 날짜를 갱신합니다. 적용 법률에서 보장하는 강행적 권리와 구제수단을 이 약관으로 배제하지 않습니다. 서비스나 약관 문의는 [email protected]로 보내세요.

구독 없이 한 번 결제하는 Pro 평생 이용권을 준비 중입니다. 실제 스토어 상품이 승인·등록된 뒤 구매와 공식 코드 등록을 이용할 수 있습니다.
평생 이용권의 범위
Roamovie Pro 평생 이용권은 한 번 결제하며 정기 결제나 이용권 자체의 만료일이 없습니다. 구매 시 안내된 Pro 기능의 이용 권한을 제공합니다. 지원 사양은 원본과 기기에 따라 다르며 구매로 운영체제 제한이 해제되지는 않습니다. 별도 앱이나 향후 별도 유료 서비스까지 포함한다는 의미는 아닙니다.
계정 귀속과 구매 복원
이용권은 구매 또는 공식 이용권 코드 등록에 사용한 Apple 또는 Google 계정에 귀속됩니다. 같은 스토어 계정으로 지원 기기에서 구매 복원을 할 수 있습니다. Apple과 Google 사이의 자동 이전은 제공하지 않습니다. 가족 공유는 별도로 명시하지 않는 한 포함하지 않습니다. 복원과 재다운로드는 해당 스토어의 제공 상태와 정책에 따릅니다.
서비스 제공 기간과 종료
평생 이용권은 앱 서비스가 제공되는 동안 사용할 수 있으며 모든 기기·운영체제에서 무기한 제공됨을 보장하지 않습니다. 운영 사정이나 플랫폼 정책 변경 등으로 서비스가 종료되면 재다운로드·업데이트·지원 또는 외부 다운로드 기능이 중단될 수 있습니다. 단순히 스토어에서 내려갔다는 이유로 이미 설치된 앱의 유효한 이용권을 일괄 만료시키지는 않습니다. 계획된 종료 시 가능한 범위에서 사전 안내와 결과물 저장 방법을 제공합니다. 이 조항은 적용 법률의 소비자 권리, 환불·보상 등 구제수단이나 스토어 정책을 제한하지 않습니다.
환불과 이용권 코드
환불은 구매한 스토어의 절차와 적용 법률에 따릅니다. Apple 구매는 reportaproblem.apple.com, Google 구매는 Google Play 환불 안내 또는 지원 이메일을 통해 요청하세요. 승인 여부와 기간은 국가·구매 상황에 따라 다르므로 무조건 환불 불가 또는 일괄적인 환불 기한을 적용하지 않습니다. 환불이나 거래 취소로 이용권이 회수되면 이후 Pro 이용은 제한될 수 있지만 원본과 이미 완성한 영상은 삭제하지 않습니다. 공식 무료 이용권 코드에는 사용 횟수·기한·대상 계정 조건이 있으며 무료로 받은 이용권에는 결제액이 없습니다.

무료 출력은 처음부터 작은 Roamovie 워터마크를 포함하며 최대1080p·30fps를 지원합니다. 원본과 기기의 지원 한계가 적용됩니다. 무료 제작 횟수나 대기시간 제한, 첫5편 체험은 없습니다. Pro 평생 이용권은 워터마크와 무료 출력 사양 제한을 해제합니다.
